This is my first post.
I made a £7,500 purchase of i-shares this morning, the money has been taken but the shares have not shown up and my account has been down £7,500 for the last 6 hours.
I raised a query with FT via the web app but with no reply and have just sent them an email which says three days to respond.
has this happened to anyone else before?
what is FT’s customer service like?
