I made a transfer to my account via Santander maybe 2 hours ago. Payment is recorded on the activity tab as a top up, but does not show up on the account tab. This is a bit ambiguous, I guess it means it’s on its way but is not available to invest yet
I did mine at 11.30 this morning. Been sat in Activity for ages, was hoping to get a freetrade in today but apparently that’s not going to happen now!
No reply on chat for around half an hour either
Odd. I transferred at about the same time and it was added to my account within an hour
Well now I’m even more confused
We’ve had a bug today that’s caused this issue to happen - it’s not expected behaviour.
It’s only affected users that’ve signed up today, which is why Emma wasn’t affected.
We’re working to get this fixed ASAP.
Thanks for the update Alex! Here’s hoping it gets sorted soon so I can buy some shares!
