I am trying to withdraw my funds and close the account. However it has been over a week and there is no response to any of the inquries/ messages on the APP or Email i’ve sent. It feels like i was scammed out of my money !?

If you’re looking to withdraw any funds, you’ll be able to withdraw them to your linked bank account without contacting customer service. If you need to withdraw to a different account, there are additional checks that need to take place. These are security measures to keep your funds safe.
