1st of August united utilities paid dividends, I am still waiting for payment, thought it was up to three days. When the question is asked through the FAQ, I am told it could be five days, is this 100% correct as HL have received and paid the dividends.

The dividend clearing process is something that has been raised with Freetrade at an AMA, they’re going to be working on some stuff in this area going forward so I’d look for this to be sped up.

Dividends for UU due 1/8/22. Today is the 5/8/22. Nothing has touched my account.

You can always message support but 5 working days is the official time given.

I hold a small number of UU shares directly and receive dividends straight to my bank.

The payment was a day late and only refers to Equiniti as payee with no reference to UU, which it should have. I’ve also still not received the expected payment notification from Equiniti either.

I suspect that on this occasion, there may be an issue on Equiniti’s side that is holding up the distribution by Freetrade…

I have left a message with support, not received a reply as yet. Sorry I have started asking questions, why and where, answers will not come so why bother. Dividend wiĺ be paid one day.

Been waiting 6 days now and still no dividend from united utilities what is going on

Spoke to support via email, received a reply stating the dividends are being processed and they should be paid this week.
